On this website
The information sent through the licence request form is used only to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to manage your licence. Data controller: MB INFORMATIQUE, 120 rue de l’Île Napoléon, 68170 Rixheim. It is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange.
The website uses no audience measurement tool, and no font or script loaded from a third party. It sets no advertising cookies.
In the software
Activation sends an anonymous fingerprint of the machine, over HTTPS; the activation key is never stored on the computer. A diagnostic report is sent to MB Informatique only when you click to send it. Profile transfers stay between your two machines: nothing goes through our servers.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact MB INFORMATIQUE through the website’s contact form or by post at 120 rue de l’Île Napoléon, 68170 Rixheim. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
